Set up time: It takes approximately 45-60 minutes to set up the Beauty Mirror.
Arrival time: We will arrive on site approximately 90 minutes before your booked slot is due to start.
Venue Awareness: Please make sure the venue is notified of our start time and is able to accommodate our set up.

To ensure that your events runs smoothly, it is important to consider the space requirements. Here are some specifications and measurements to keep in mind:
Placement: The Beauty Mirror is generally placed 7-8 feet away from the backdrop.
Minimum space: We recommend a minimum space of 10 feet by 10 feet to comfortably accommodate the Beauty Mirror, backdrop, prop table, printer, and any additional decor, ensuring your guests have plenty of room to move freely.
Power supply: The Beauty Mirror must be placed near the main power supply,(3-pronged 120V receptable).We can extend 15 feet from receptacle.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the Beauty Mirror for your event, with the remaining balance due 21 days before the event. Please note, deposits are non-refundable.
To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us at least 60 days before your event. During the holiday and wedding seasons, we suggest reserving your spot 90 days in advance.
We travel up to 100 miles from our office on Commercial Highway, Spring Hill, FL.
Within 50 miles round trip: No travel fee
Beyond 25 miles one way, up to 100 miles: $2.30 per mile

The venue must be accessible via a paved road. If the event space is located on an upper floor, elevator access must be available to ensure safe transport of our heavy equipment. Additionally, the client is responsible for providing suitable parking or reimbursing Wicked Pose for any parking fees incurred.

We generally do not offer outdoor events due to potential issues with weather, wind, and humidity affecting photo quality. Additionally, the Beauty Mirror requires a stable surface and a reliable electrical connection nearby. Once set up, the Beauty Mirror cannot be relocated. If you have a safe, solid outdoor space, please contact us, and we’ll explore possible solutions.

Yes we do! Each Beauty Mirror package includes a trained attendant who ensures a fun, interactive experience. They assist guests with taking photos, selecting props, and answering questions. Throughout the event, the attendant will oversee the operation of the Beauty Mirror and provide any necessary technical support.
Props: Every package includes premium props. If you'd like custom or themed props, just contact us in advance, and we'll get them for you.
Photo Layouts: Share your colors, theme, and ideas with us, and we’ll create three options for you to choose one. The first 3 custom layouts are included, and any additional layouts created will be $30 each.
Print options: You'll have four prints formats total to choose from on the Beauty Mirror screen.

4 x 6 (Single Photo) – A clean, classic look.
2 x 3 Strips (Three Small Photos) – A fun, photo booth favorite.
4 x 6 (Three Small Photos) – A modern layout with more images on one print.
AI Photo Enhancement – Add a unique twist with our AI-powered photo feature. Some of our AI options are: AI Group head shot, AI Headshot, AI Oldify, AI Elite, AI Line 2 Life ,AI Face Swap, AI Cartoon and AI Background removal.

To keep the experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone, we recommend offering no more than two AI options. This helps avoid delays and keeps the line moving. Best of all, guests can print unlimited copies of their photos!
Unlimited Sessions: Guests can use the Beauty Mirror as many times as they want during your rental period.
Unlimited Prints: Guests can take home up to 3 prints of each photo, with unlimited photos available to capture throughout the event.
Unlimited Uploads and Texts: Guests can instantly upload their photos to email and text, as long as the Beauty Mirror has a reliable, strong Wi-Fi connection.
The overlay design you choose is applied to both printed and digital photos. Whether your guests receive an email, text, or printed copy, the selected design will appear on every photo.
Yes, after your event, you'll receive a downloadable link or file containing all the photos and videos taken. Please allow up to 48 hours for the files to be transferred.
Yes! You can rent our tension fabrics or 3D flower wall for your next event without needing to rent the Beauty Mirror. If you're looking for something unique and don't see it, feel free to contact us , we're happy to help!
Yes! You can rent the audio guest book for your next event without needing to rent the Beauty Mirror. All recorded messages will be delivered to you within 48 hours via a link or USB.
Yes you can! We provide rental of red or black carpet with matching stanchions without the need of renting our Beauty Mirror.

The cost of an additional hour varies depending on the package you booked, since it brings your total in line with the next package.
For example:
From 2 hours ($690) to 3 hours ($900), the added hour is $210.
From 3 hours ($900) to 4 hours ($1,100), the added hour is $200.
This way, you always pay the same as if you had booked the correct package from the start.
An additional hour extends your booth rental time so guests can keep using it. An idle hour is when the booth is set up but not in use, such as during dinner or speeches. Idle hours are billed at a lower rate, while additional hours are charged in line with our package structure to keep pricing fair. This means the cost of adding time may vary, but it will always match the value of the correct package if chosen from the start.
The cost is $100 per idle hour, and this applies to all events, including corporate and brand activations. Idle hours help you keep the booth on-site without paying the full active rate.
Just like with private events, the cost of an additional hour varies depending on the package you booked. For example:
If your starting package is $1,500 for up to 4 hours, extending to 5 hours brings the total to $1,800 (so the extra hour is $300).
If you extend to 6 hours, the total becomes $2,100 (another $300 for that hour).
This keeps pricing fair and consistent — you’ll always pay the same as if you had chosen the correct package length from the beginning.
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This guarantees your reservation and covers administrative and planning costs.
The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your event date.
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a refund of any payments made after the deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event, but before the final balance is paid, will forfeit the deposit only.
Cancellations within 21 days of the event are non-refundable, as we are unlikely to rebook the date on short notice.
Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability. One date change is allowed if requested at least 21 days before the event. Additional changes may incur a fee.
In the rare event Wicked Pose must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or you may reschedule at no extra cost.
